That’s an unusual reward; or – punctuation, please

Either the Papua New Guinea police are offering an unusual reward for information as to the whereabouts of this guy, or ABC News should add some punctuation to this headline.
I would suggest one of the following:
Bananas-for-sex cult leader on the run; or
“Bananas for sex” cult leader on the run; or
Bananas for sex; cult leader on [...]

This looks like a dwarf variety of clematis:

Some sort of a shrub or tree, with what looks like a tomato (that clearly doesn’t belong there) at the base:
